In October 2019, ELM provided capital to Innovative Well Abandonment Services (“IWA”) for their start-up and growth as a new entrant into the Cut & Cap and cleaning services market.
IWA existing management team will continue to lead all business activities independent of ELM. IWA is an Edmonton base company and is ELM’s first investment in the environmental energy sector.
