ELM provides Preliminary Site Assessments (PSA) and Reporting, a service that delivers valuable information to clients. Essentially, it’s a documented status of all inventory on site, the condition of this inventory and images to support asset management and Phase 1 ESAs (Environmental Site Assessments). Photos of equipment, wellhead status, site condition which can be used in facilitation of the sale of used inventory.
This value-add service empowers companies to pre-plan for near-term abandonment and decommissioning work and will save time and money for clients.

Decommissioning Services

ELM provides comprehensive decommissioning services. We create tailored work programs, obtain and manage surface land agreements, execute the field work, fulfill all regulatory reporting requirements, and prepare all closure reporting for your project. We strive to deliver cost-effective solutions that are safer and reduce environmental impacts.

When practical, we utilize area-based closures resulting in shared services and therefore, reduced mobilization costs. We manage complex multi-location and remote-location projects.
