Planning Today, Saving Money Tomorrow.
ELM provides Preliminary Site Assessments (PSA) and Reporting, a service that delivers valuable information to clients. Essentially, it’s a documented status of all inventory on site, the condition of this inventory and images to support asset management and Phase 1 ESAs (Environmental Site Assessments). Photos of equipment, wellhead status, site condition which can be used in facilitation of the sale of used inventory.
This value-add service empowers companies to pre-plan for near-term abandonment and decommissioning work and will save time and money for clients.
